Biography:
Georgann Occhipinti
Managing Director
As a consultant to Fortune 100
multinational organizations across a broad spectrum of industries,
government agencies and non-profit organizations, Georgann has developed and
implemented innovative business solutions. She specializes in issues
related to Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, Leadership
Development, Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Leading Change, EEO/AA
Compliance, and Team Building.
Her management experience with American
Home Products and MetLife, combined with an extensive consulting
background, allow Georgann to effectively identify and address issues to
enable organizations and individuals to reach their goals. Through the use
of needs analysis processes, highly interactive facilitation, strategic
planning processes, and assessment tools, she has helped organizations
increase productivity and success.
Georgann is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in
Psychology. She also received her MA in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a member of
the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Society for
Training and Development, and was previously an adjunct faculty member for the Cornell University School of
Industrial and Labor Relations.
